TRAVEL INFORMATION
Hey there! Are you ready to join us for the most exciting family reunion ever?
If you're wondering about transportation, we've got some great news for you! You can either fly to the Albany International Airport, which is just a 25-minute drive away from us, or take a road trip and soak in the stunning beauty of New York's countryside. Either way, we're thrilled to have you with us to celebrate this special occasion with our beloved family!
ACCOMMODATIONS
There are so many options for accommodations, but we encourage everyone to camp onsite as we have some fun night activities!
Camping Folks:
For Tents
You can definitely tent it out and bring your own camping gear.
However, if you are coming from out of town and don't have camping gear of your own, we can coordinate with those who are local and provide you with tents, sleeping bags, and air mattresses so you can have a comfortable and enjoyable camping experience.
Just let us know in advance if you need any assistance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
For RVs
As our reunion falls during a busy period, please book your RV in advance to avoid missing out and secure a better price. You can also consider picking up an RV on your journey to the reunion, as you may get a better bargain.
Here are some sites where you can find an RV to rent:
If you decide you are RVing it, please ensure the following:
-
Ensure to outline during the RSVP process, as we would like a total count and secure the spaces accordingly
-
Make sure to bring enough cash to pay for each night of camping at the fairgrounds, estimated at $35 per night, payable upon arrival.
Non-Camping Folks:
But we get it, camping isn't for everyone. If you're not into roughing it in the great outdoors, why not crash with a cool relative instead?
Or, if you're looking for a bit more luxury, some awesome hotels in Troy or Clifton Park are just a stone's throw away from the event venue.
